Ti-Master & Sixweel - The Brand in the Pro Peloton You've Never Heard Of

Ti-Master and Sixweel specialises in titanium bike accessories such as thru-axles, rear derailleur hangers, cassettes and front disc brake caliper adapters. Created by Mr Evan Wang, an avid cyclist and machinist with a keen eye for detail based in Hangzhou, Shenzhen and Vancouver.

Though a young startup operating since 2024, their products have found their way into the ranks of the pro peloton in the Tour de France 2025! They are quickly carving a name for themselves among the giants in the bike industry with their commitment to quality, materials science and refined CNC machining.

All Sixweel components are:

  • Centred around military grade TC4/ Grade 5 specially heat-treated titanium alloy (tensile strength > 1000MPa)
  • 4-axis CNC-machined from solid titanium
  • Surface hardened to 36-45 HRC (Rockwell Hardness), depending on application.
  • Built to tolerances of ±0.01mm

So, What's the Difference Between Ti-Master and Sixweel?

Ti-Master is the higher-end version of Sixweel, just like S-Works and Specialized.

However, that doesn't mean that Sixweel is a pushover either, as Sixweel titanium components have also been used in the pro peloton of the Tour de France 2025, not just Ti-Master!

What Makes Their Products Unique?

1. TC4 Titanium Construction

Specially heat-treated and used in all their titanium products, such as their Thru-Axles, Rear Derailleur Hanger and Front Caliper Adapter.

TC4 titanium is known for its:

  • Exceptional strength-to-weight ratio
  • Corrosion resistance
  • Stable thermal behaviour

2. Ti-Master Processing Technology

Achieves ±0.01mm uniform wall thickness on titanium alloys. Guarantees concentricity, uniform load-bearing and safety. This precision technology enables Sixweel axles, for example, to withstand a load of over 1000kg, with actual tensile test results exceeding calculated results.

Unlike 3D-printed or cast components, Ti-Master/Sixweel products are fully CNC-machined for greater precision, more stable material density, and more stable physical properties.

3. Safety Testing

Sixweel Thru-Axles undergo:

  • 20Nm torque (~2x higher than recommended torque setting), 50 times, checking the torque value every 5 intervals, no damage detected
  • 12Nm torque disassembly, 500 times, checking the torque value every 20 intervals, no damage detected.

4. Design Iterations

In pursuit of extreme lightness and quality, the various Ti-Master/Sixweel products were designed by removing excess material in low-stress areas, while increasing thickness in high-stress areas to optimise weight while keeping functionality and safety.

We spied several elite riders spec'ing out their bikes with third-party components in the pursuit of marginal gains, and Ti-Master/Sixweel was in the mix!

So, there you have it, the Ti-Master/Sixweel products we managed to find on the internet during the Tour de France.

We have had a bunch of professional cyclists (World Tour and Regional pros) who have purchased from us, which we're always EXTREMELY excited about! However, to protect our customers' privacy, we can't say who... :(

So, there are definitely more pros out there who have bling-ed up their bikes with Ti-Master/Sixweel and other third-party components that we haven't yet had a chance to see! Perhaps in the near future!

Until then, ride hard, ride safe, and enjoy the ride!
