Warranty Policy
This warranty policy applies to all products in TiPartsTitanium.com (hereon referred to as 'we', 'our', 'ours') unless otherwise stated in the individual product page. We will refer to the buyer (hereon referred to as 'you', 'your') as someone who has purchased product(s) from our online shop.
This warranty policy only remains in effect for the duration of the Warranty Period for each product as stated on the individual product page. The Warranty Period begins from the date of receipt of the product for manufacturing/workmanship/material defects. If a product is replaced during the Warranty Period, the replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the Warranty Period of the original product.
This Warranty is only extended to the original purchaser or gift recipient of a product. We do not warrant that we will be able to repair any product under this warranty or provide a replacement product that meets all the characteristics and functionalities of the original product.
We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential (such as loss of content, loss of use, loss of time, etc.) or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwell, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable, caused by a product defect.
The Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights depending on the country in which you reside.
1. New/Used Products Within 30 Days of Receipt of Goods
If the purchased product has a quality issue and is reported within 30 days of receipt, if eligible for a warranty replacement, you may choose either:
- A free replacement (we will cover shipping costs); or
- A refund. Refunds will include the original shipping fee only if the faulty item was the sole product shipped. For orders containing multiple items, the refund will cover only the cost of the faulty product, excluding shipping.
2. New/Used Products After 30 Days of Receipt of Goods
For product quality-related issues reported after 30 days of receipt of goods, if eligible for a warranty replacement, we will provide replacement/repaired parts, but the shipping cost for the replacement and/or return will be borne by you. Refunds will no longer be given.
3. Customs Duties & Clearance Fees
All customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees related to returns, replacement, or warranty service are fully borne by you. We will strive to label the product as a warranty replacement, but we cannot guarantee that you will not be charged customs duties.
4. What's Not Covered By Warranty
Improper handling and damage caused by misuse will void the warranty. The following examples are not meant to be an exhaustive list, but actions such as these will void the warranty:
- Accident, neglect, abuse, water damage, unauthorised repairs or modification, changing product colours, rounded threads and damage due to forcibly installing incompatible parts.
- Regular wear and tear or consumables are not covered by warranty. Items such as brake pads, O-rings, or coating wear over time.
- Defects caused by handling by third parties (such as postal services, airlines, etc)
5. Proof and Process
To make a claim, please contact us at tipartssg@gmail.com with photo/video evidence, proof of purchase and details of the defect.
We reserve the right to request the return of the faulty product for inspection.
We reserve the right to determine the cause of damage and whether the product is eligible for a warranty replacement.
We will, at our discretion, repair/replace or refund the product.
