La Vuelta 2025 Lucky Draw - Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the “La Vuelta 2025 Lucky Draw” (the “Promotion”) organised by Ti-Parts Titanium (“we,” “our,” “us”). By participating, you agree to the following:
1. Eligibility
- The Promotion is open to all customers who make a qualifying purchase on our online store tipartstitanium.com.
- A qualifying purchase means an order of USD $100 or more (excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts) placed between August 23, 2025 at 00:00 (GMT+8) and September 14, 2025 at 23:59 (GMT+8).
- Cancelled or refunded orders will not be eligible.
2. How to Enter
- Every qualifying order automatically counts as one entry into the raffle.
- Customers may enter multiple times by placing multiple qualifying orders.
- No separate sign-up is required.
3. Prizes
- There will be three (3) winners.
- Each winner will receive a US$100 digital gift card to spend in our store.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Winner Selection & Notification
- Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
- The draw will take place on September 16, 2025.
- Winners will be notified via the email address used at checkout within 5 business days of the draw, and will be recorded on this page.
- If a winner does not respond within 7 days, we reserve the right to select an alternate winner.
5. General Conditions
- We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond our control impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
- Our decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be final and binding.
- By entering, participants agree that we may use their first name and email for promotional purposes (e.g., announcing winners), unless prohibited by law.
- This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, La Vuelta.
- We are not responsible for any import duties for products purchased using the gift cards.
