Made using Ti64, this lock ring is slightly lighter than stock Dura-Ace Cassette Lock Rings (4.96g vs 5.5g stock ) but provides stronger threads and wear resistance for repeated use.

over-tightening may result in damage to the thread.

Why only have partial thread ? (Vs stock full thread)
After insert cassette on hubshell, there is a gap between cap and hubshell.
Only partial of thread contacted, and remaining thread are not contacted.
Hence this cassette cover design with partial thread.
