Made using Ti64, this lock ring is slightly lighter than stock Dura-Ace Cassette Lock Rings (4.96g vs 5.5g stock ) but provides stronger threads and wear resistance for repeated use.

FAQ

Why is this product partially threaded compared to the stock part?

Because there is a space between the hub shell thread and the smallest cassette tooth. Having threads in that empty space does not serve any purpose; hence, this product is designed with only the necessary threads required.

I can't tighten the lock ring much by hand. Is something wrong?

Firstly, ensure the lock ring is inserted correctly and not cross-threaded. If the lock ring is inserted properly, then yes, it may feel harder to turn compared to the stock part. This is normal. Please use the cassette tool to tighten to 25Nm. After this, the lockring will be easier to tighten/loosen by hand should you remove it in the future.
