Lewis stands by their products and offers a 3-Year Warranty.
What Is Covered By Warranty
Mechanical failures under normal intended use, caused by errors in manufacturing or by early wear and tear of individual components. Mechanical items include lever body, lever, fixings, bolts, caliper, pistons and hoses.
What is NOT Covered By Warranty
- Any failure or damage caused by unintended use of our products, such as an accident, crash or mistreatment of the product.
- Normal servicing/wear and tear parts, for example, bearings and oil seals.
- Incorrect installation, leading to premature wear, damage or corrosion.
How to Claim
Make sure you have the original purchase invoice with date, customer name and order number. Only original owners are eligible for warranty.

1. Order number
2. Detailed explanation of the problem.
3. Pictures and video to support the claim.
We will contact you within 48 hours.
If not accepted, we will give a clear reason why. We will give you a solution or an alternative method.
If accepted, according to the issue or fault, we will determine whether we send you a replacement part/s or a complete new brake system.

Returns & Refund Information
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that returns and refunds are only accepted for genuine product quality issues, such as cracks or structural breaks.
Issues such as creaking or noise are generally the result of improper installation and are not considered product defects.
Not Eligible for Return or Refund
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Improper installation or use
- Normal wear, surface marks, or cosmetic blemishes
- Damage caused by misuse, over-torque, or accidents
- Any modification or alteration of the product
- Products showing signs of use (including clamp or installation marks)
Returns Due to Wrong Model Ordered
If the incorrect model was ordered by you:
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Once we've received your return, we will refund you the purchase amount less:
- a) Payment gateway fee of 7% (this is what our credit card company charges us)
- b) Shipping costs, even if you received "free shipping", as we subsidise shipping at our own expense.
Additional Notes
- Returned items must be in unused, original condition and complete with all packaging.
- Products showing any signs of installation or use will not be eligible for return.
- If reshipping is required, the reshipping fee will be borne by the buyer.
