Material: 420 stainless steel.

Laser cut and molded with high precision, low deformation and low induced stress.

The dense perforated design used in the HD rotor effectively increases the heat dissipation area of the rotors.

The 12-spoke support design, coupled with internal triangular reinforcement, increases the support strength at the fixed position of the rotor, reducing the likelihood of fastener loosening caused by rotor resonance.

The surface employs a multifaceted polishing process to ensure uniform smoothness and roughness of the rotor surface.

The edges are chamfered, and all cut surfaces are coated with electrophoretic paint. This not only prevents rust but also to some extent reduces the occurrence of injuries caused by contact with the sharp edges of the rotor, thereby enhancing the safety attributes of the rotor.

What Is Covered By Warranty

Mechanical failures under normal intended use, caused by errors in manufacturing or by early wear and tear of individual components. Mechanical items include lever body, lever, fixings, bolts, caliper, pistons and hoses.

What is NOT Covered By Warranty

- Any failure or damage caused by unintended use of our products, such as an accident, crash or mistreatment of the product.
- Normal servicing/wear and tear parts, for example, bearings and oil seals.
- Incorrect installation, leading to premature wear, damage or corrosion.

How to Claim

Make sure you have the original purchase invoice with date, customer name and order number. Only original owners are eligible for warranty.

3. Pictures and video to support the claim.

We will contact you within 48 hours.

If not accepted, we will give a clear reason why. We will give you a solution or an alternative method.

If accepted, according to the issue or fault, we will determine whether we send you a replacement part/s or a complete new brake system.

Returns & Refund Information

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that returns and refunds are only accepted for genuine product quality issues, such as cracks or structural breaks.

Issues such as creaking or noise are generally the result of improper installation and are not considered product defects.

Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

Improper installation or use
Normal wear, surface marks, or cosmetic blemishes
Damage caused by misuse, over-torque, or accidents
Any modification or alteration of the product
Products showing signs of use (including clamp or installation marks)

Returns Due to Wrong Model Ordered

If the incorrect model was ordered by you:

You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once we've received your return, we will refund you the purchase amount less:
- a) Payment gateway fee of 7% (this is what our credit card company charges us)
- b) Shipping costs, even if you received "free shipping", as we subsidise shipping at our own expense.

Additional Notes

Returned items must be in unused, original condition and complete with all packaging.
Products showing any signs of installation or use will not be eligible for return.
If reshipping is required, the reshipping fee will be borne by the buyer.
