No.6 provides a 4-year limited warranty on all products, covering manufacturing and material defects for a period of 4 years from the original date of purchase, and applies to the original owner only.
What's Covered
The No.6 warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal riding conditions, including:
- Carbon rim structure and integrity
- Hub shell and internal mechanisms
- Spokes and overall wheel build quality
- Workmanship and assembly
Where a defect is confirmed, No.6 will repair or replace the affected component at our discretion.
Conditions & Limitations
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and service items, including rim tape, freehub components, ratchets, springs, bearings (pre 2026 models), and decals
- Damage resulting from the use or installation of incompatible components
- Improper installation, assembly, or setup
- Misuse, neglect, or insufficient maintenance
- Any form of product modification
- Damage caused by impact, including sharp objects, torsion, compression, crashes, or abnormal forces beyond normal riding conditions
- Tampering of bearings such as unauthorised changing of bearings/removing bearing cover voids bearing warranty
Warranty Validity
The warranty will not apply if:
- The product has been modified or repaired by anyone other than an authorised No.6 representative
- Unauthorised or non-approved spare parts have been used
- The product serial number has been removed, altered, or made illegible
- The product was provided under sponsorship or special promotional terms
Claim Submission
To initiate a claim, please provide:
- The product for inspection
- Proof of purchase (invoice)
All warranty claims are subject to full inspection to ensure they meet the conditions of coverage.
Preparing Your Product
To help us process your claim efficiently, please remove all non-essential accessories before sending your product, including:
- Tires and tubes
- Rim tape
- Cassettes
- Skewers
- Sensors or computer magnets
We are not responsible for any accessories left on the product and reserves the right to remove them if required.
Shipping for Warranty Claims
Customers are responsible for:
- Shipping the product to us
- Any associated shipping or insurance costs
