Aero? Lightweight? Why not both.
Aero Carbon Crankarms | 315g (Ti24) / 325g (DUB/Ti24 GR) ±15g | EASTON/SRM-compatible spider interface
44mm chainline | 155 to 172.5mm in 8 lengths
Three axle variants: DUB (28.99mm), Ti24 (24mm road), Ti24 GR (24mm gravel)
The Aerox is Overfast's aero-focused crankarm, sitting alongside the Vela in their lineup with an emphasis on aerodynamic shaping (though only 25g heavier than the Vela).
Keeping the carbon construction of all Overfast products, the arm length range extends lower than the Vela (from 155mm to 172.5mm in 8 steps). This makes it a better option for smaller/junior riders.
All three variants share the same EASTON/SRM-compatible spider interface and 44mm chainline as the Vela, so chainring and spider power meter options are identical across both crankarm models.
Variants at a Glance
| Variant | Axle | Q-Factor | Weight | Intended Use |

| Aerox Crankarm Ti24 | 24mm | 148mm | 315g ±15g | Road |
| Aerox Crankarm Ti24 GR | 24mm | 148mm | 325g ±15g | Gravel |
Features
Aero-Shaped Aluminium Construction
The Aerox uses an aerodynamically profiled carbon, prioritising drag reduction and stiffness. The aero shaping is most relevant for riders spending time at higher speeds where crank arm drag is a measurable factor, including TT-adjacent road riding and triathlon.
EASTON or SRM-Compatible Spider Interface
The Aerox uses the same EASTON-compatible spider interface as the Vela, giving it broad compatibility with EASTON-pattern chainrings and third-party spider power meters including Sigeyi/XCADEY power meters. The SRM version is also available at an additional cost, with no change to geometry or chainline.
Eight Arm Length Options from 155mm
Eight arm lengths run from 155mm to 172.5mm, with the 155mm and 157.5mm options extending the range lower than the Vela. For smaller riders or those prescribed shorter cranks through bike fitting, this is a practical advantage that most aftermarket crankarms do not offer.
DUB and 24mm Axle Variants
The DUB variant uses a 28.99mm axle for direct compatibility with SRAM DUB bottom brackets. The Ti24 and Ti24 GR variants use a standard 24mm axle, compatible with a wide range of road and gravel bottom bracket standards. The Ti24 GR is built around gravel use.
