Upgrade stock steel bolt with out Allen key Ti bolt,
Give you a much convenient way to adjust your stem especially during travel for race / roadside adjust.
No special tool needed.
Special machined narrow head bolt head to fit into tight fit hole,
to ensure bolt will not protruding handlebar if accidental overtighten.
