Roughened inner clamp means stays in place with less torque. Saves over half a bike light in weight (vs Ultegra); seems small, but is at extremes of bars where moment of inertia is highest.

Support was on point for customs hiccup; just a week from ordered to installed. Given how much groupsets cost, no-brainer upgrade, should be stock.
