I ride a custom BinghamBuilt titanium gravel bike, and I am immersed in a weight-saving project. The Enve G23 wheels were swapped for Light Bicycle AR25's and Extralight Cyber hubs, the Enve Aero bar and stem became a Darimo Nexum bar-stem combo, etc. I have picked most of the low-hanging fruit and I'm now hunting marginal gains. One of my recent discoveries was the Superlight Titanium Bar End Plug at only 2.5g! I immediately ordered a purple pair and they are beautiful! Just a small layer of Gorilla Tape and they snugged right in. To my surprise the old plugs weighed 14g each! Not a lot of gain you might say, but every gram translates into better climbing ability, and now the 18 1/2 lb bike is only 16 1/2!
