The EXS FK-00 carbon fork features internal cable routing and a 1-1/2” lower bearing for broad frame compatibility.
Its 31.8mm D-shape steerer is formed using one-piece carbon molding and targeted reinforcement, delivering higher strength and rigidity without added weight. This design also allows select setups to use a standard, non-offset top cap for a cleaner, more refined aesthetic.
Rigidity has been carefully optimised to enhance steering precision, braking control, and impact stability, while maintaining a balanced ride feel through refined carbon layup. Finished with enclosed dropouts, a 20g lightweight thru-axle, and a lightweight compression plug with upper bearing included, the FK-00 offers a sleek, performance-focused front end for electric groupset-only builds.

Why 31.8mm D-Shape Steerer?
Through the use of carbon fiber one-piece molding technology and reinforcement design, the FK-00 achieves increased strength and rigidity without adding extra carbon layers to the steerer tube, thus reducing weight and maintaining the desired strength.
With the thicker steerer tube, some models can use a standard, non-offset top cap when paired with a small-sized headset and our dedicated lightweight compression plug, allowing a more aesthetic build.

A fork with better rigidity not only enhances steering precision but also provides improved control during braking and when encountering strong impacts, thereby increasing riding safety.
We conducted extensive carbon layup adjustments to find a delicate balance between competitive performance and riding comfort. We also selected forks from some of the high-end bikes from the market as competitive benchmarks.
