The AR:ONE was built with one brief: make an unapologetic race bike.
Frame cost, marketability, and commercial viability were all ruled irrelevant from the start. The Directeur Sportif of the Ferei Quick-Panda Podium Mongolia Team was assigned as product manager to make sure the frame actually met the demands of UCI-level racing.
The result is a frame under 800g that doesn't compromise on stiffness. The kind of lively, aggressive feel that's become rare in the disc brake era.
The AR:ONE is designed as a true all-rounder. It had to handle the 10,000m+ of climbing at the Tour of Puoyang Lake and still deliver the torsional rigidity needed for Martin Laas-level sprint finishes exceeding 2,000 watts.
In 2025, Harry Hudson rode it to become the first British rider to win the UCI Men's Junior Road World Championships, after a 36km solo attack on the climbs of the Rwandan circuit.
Features
True Monocoque Construction
QuickPro has been producing true monocoque frames in-house since 2014.
The entire frame is produced as a single piece with no post-mould bonding required. They run their own monocoque tooling, giving full control over layup quality at every step of production.
High Modulus Carbon Layup (T1100+M65)
The frame uses a combination of Toray T1100 and M65 high-modulus fibre.
T1100 delivers excellent strength-to-weight with good impact resistance. M65 is applied selectively in the layup to maximise torsional stiffness — the combination is what gives the AR:ONE its race-day snap.
Stiffness-to-Weight
The most important ratio in a performance race frame is stiffness-to-weight, and this is where the AR:ONE earns its reputation.
The monocoque construction and high-modulus fibre selection work together to produce a frame that feels genuinely lively under load — not just light on the scale.
Aero Optimised Tube Profiles
The tube shapes were developed using a wind-tunnel verified CFD model.
With sprint speeds regularly exceeding 70kph, aero efficiency wasn't an afterthought but was built into the geometry from day one.
BSA Threaded Bottom Bracket
BSA threading keeps servicing simple and creak-free.
It was a deliberate choice for the team build. Easier for mechanics in the field, and compatible with a wider range of crankset options without needing proprietary adapters.
Simple Round Headtube
The round headtube is another practical decision. Riders can run an integrated handlebar setup or a separate bar and stem with no forced cockpit commitment.
Every Frame X-Rayed
Building under 700g means tolerances are extremely tight.
Every frame undergoes a full quality control inspection before leaving the factory, including X-ray analysis. There's no shortcut at this weight.

Size & Fit
The AR:ONE runs aggressive geometry. Reach figures are comparable to equivalent western brand bikes (e.g. a Trek Madone or Specialized SL8 in the same size), but the stack sits roughly 10mm lower across most sizes, up to 20mm lower on the XL.
It comes with a 20mm offset seatpost as standard. A zero-offset seatpost is available separately if your fit requires it.
