~184g after upgrade, down from 235g | TC11 titanium main shaft | Full-ceramic ball bearings | Pre-installed, drop-in design | For Dura-Ace R9100
Fully CNC machined and built around an ultra-high-strength TC11 titanium main shaft rated to withstand 1100 MPa.
The housing is 7075-T6 aviation aluminium, and the contact end that meets the original bearing uses heat-treated bearing steel, balancing weight savings with durability.
The original bearing design has been reworked, keeping part of the stock angular contact structure but pairing it with customized full-ceramic ball bearings.
The bearings themselves are imported Japanese Kif bearings packed with imported German Klüber grease. It's a pre-installed, drop-in design, so the swap is a simple 3-step process. See instructions below.

[Installation Steps]
- Remove the existing stock pedal axle using a wrench. Apply grease around the new axle body before inserting it into the pedal body. Installation Torque: 8-10Nm.
- Once tightened, remove the internal adjustment screw within the hex, apply threadlocker Loctite 222/243 on the threads.
- Reassemble the adjustment screw, tightening the screw until there is no more play when pulling on the pedal along the axle direction, and the rotation is free from obvious jamming.
