Warranty Coverage

All Overfast products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, crashes, improper installation, modification, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty Claims

To process a warranty claim, customers must provide clear photos and/or videos showing the issue. Once the claim has been reviewed and confirmed by Overfast, replacement parts will be arranged as quickly as possible.

Thru-Axles

For defective thru axles, please provide clear photos or videos of the affected product. Once the defect has been verified, a replacement will be shipped promptly.

Cranksets

If a crank arm suffers a confirmed manufacturing defect (non-user-related), please provide detailed photos and a description of the issue.

After approval:

- The defective crank arm must be permanently destroyed (for example, by drilling a hole through it).
- Evidence of destruction must be submitted.
- If only one crank arm is defective, only the affected side will be replaced.

Once the above requirements are met, the replacement will be arranged immediately.

Wheelsets

Warranty service for wheelsets depends on the specific component that has failed. After inspection, Overfast will provide the appropriate replacement part or component based on the confirmed issue.

Other Products

The same warranty process applies to all other Overfast products. As long as sufficient evidence is provided to verify a manufacturing defect, warranty claims will be prioritised and processed promptly.

Crash Replacement Programme

For products damaged due to crashes, accidents, or other user-related incidents, Overfast offers a Crash Replacement Programme.

Eligible customers may purchase a replacement product at 30% off the recommended retail price (70% of MSRP).

- All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Overfast.
- Clear photos, videos, and any other requested documentation may be required before a claim can be approved.
- Overfast reserves the right to determine whether a claim qualifies under the warranty or the Crash Replacement Programme.

Vogliamo che tu sia pienamente soddisfatto del tuo acquisto. Tuttavia, tieni presente che resi e rimborsi sono accettati solo per problemi di qualità del prodotto , come crepe o rotture strutturali .

Problemi quali scricchiolii o rumori sono generalmente il risultato di un'installazione non corretta e non sono considerati difetti del prodotto .

Non idoneo per reso o rimborso

Non saranno accettati resi nelle seguenti condizioni:

• Installazione o utilizzo improprio
• Usura normale, segni superficiali o imperfezioni estetiche
• Danni causati da uso improprio, coppia eccessiva o incidenti
• Qualsiasi modifica o alterazione del prodotto
• Prodotti che mostrano segni di utilizzo (inclusi segni di serraggio o di installazione)

Resi dovuti al modello sbagliato ordinato

Se hai ordinato il modello sbagliato:

• Tutte le spese di spedizione per la restituzione sono a tuo carico.
  
• Una volta ricevuto il reso, ti rimborseremo l'importo dell'acquisto meno:
  • a) Commissione del gateway di pagamento del 7% (questa è la commissione che ci addebita la nostra società di carte di credito)
  • b) Costi di spedizione, anche se hai ricevuto la "spedizione gratuita", poiché sovvenzioniamo la spedizione a nostre spese.
    

Note aggiuntive

• Gli articoli restituiti devono essere inutilizzati, nelle condizioni originali e completi di tutta la confezione .
• I prodotti che presentano segni di installazione o utilizzo non potranno essere restituiti.
• Se è necessaria una nuova spedizione, le relative spese saranno a carico dell'acquirente .
