Return period:
We accept returns initiated within 30 days of receipt of goods for Ti screw products. Partnership brand's products (Ex: Lewis Brake, Spin Up generator etc) are not eligible for 30 days return.
Return condition:
Goods must be unused, free of any cosmetic and physical damages which affect resale
Return shipping fee:
The return shipping fee is paid by the sender.
Special/ Custom item:
Customised/special orders are not eligible for returns & refund (except product quality/ delivery issues).
Gift Card Conversion:
For refunds requested due to the buyer's personal reasons, such as a change of mind or an incorrect order, we will automatically convert the refund amount into an equivalent value gift card for in-stock products.
Refund Option:
Should a gift card not be an acceptable solution, we will proceed with a refund to the original payment method for in-stock items (except custom & special items) This refund will be subject to:
a) Deductions for third-party payment processing fees incurred through platforms like Shopify and PayPal. b) An internal handling fee of $2SGD and 7% charge for transaction and currency conversion fees.
Handling duration:
Refunds are usually processed within 7 days after receipt of goods, unless further clarification work is needed.
Damage goods:
If your goods are damaged upon arrival, please provide photo and/or video evidence to tipartssg@gmail.com within 2 working days after arrival and we will initiate a refund or dispatch a new batch to you.
Out of stock items:
When specific items are out of stock, the buyer will be informed via email and details such as the expected shipping date will be provided. (Exception: Pre-order listings)
Customized items:
Customized / specialized ordered products are not subject to the return/ refund policy.
No refund on Shipping fee:
We will not refund shipping costs or any other services related to an order if the reason for returning the product is not because the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We will only refund the amount of the product.
International return shipping fee:
Shipping fee will borne by sender, please check your local post office fo register mailing fees.
No refund on unsuccessful delivery:
If buyer chooses the economic public service shipping option (Singpost), in case of failed delivery due to incorrect shipping address, no recipient to sign parcel, or unclaimed parcel according to local post office, there will be no return / refund for the items. The buyer can arrange re-delivery with accurate tracking service (Fedex) by topping up the relevant shipping fees.
No refund for rejected parcels:
No refund will be accepted if the buyer rejects the parcel upon arrival at local customs or dedicated address. Customs duty fees are not under TipartsTitanium.com control, and duty amount is unpredictable. In the case that the parcel has been rejected, the parcel will redirected back to the sender. If the buyer wishes to arrange re-delivery for parcel with updated parcel declare value, buyer has to bear the return shipping cost & re-shipping cost.
Compensation of lost parcel by Singpost (Economic shipping) :
In cases where the parcel is unable to be tracked via Singpost, or where there is no update on shipping status, we will engage Singpost for an inquiry. Singpost will establish an investigation with its partner (Local Post Office for other countries).
The official investigation period will take up to 60 days before the parcel is declared as lost. If parcel is lost, maximum compensation amount is $68SGD according to Singpost.
TipartsTitanium will not bare the extra cost for this economic public shipping option. A more secure shipping option like Fedex will be recommended.
Compensation of lost parcel by Fedex :
In cases where the parcel is unable to be tracked via Fedex's website, Fedex will establish an investigation within 7days. If parcel is declared as lost, the full amount will be refunded.

Lifetime Warranty Policy for TipartsTitanium.com Ti Screw

1. Scope of Coverage
This lifetime warranty policy applies to the Ti-Parts Titanium's Ti product (hereinafter referred to as "Product").
1.1 Covered Damage Types: This warranty policy exclusively covers damages attributable to inherent defects in the Product. Damages resulting from user misuse, improper torque application, or tool-induced damage are expressly excluded.
1.2 Normal Usage: The lifetime warranty is contingent upon damages occurring under normal usage conditions, as defined by adherence to the recommended usage, installation, and maintenance guidelines stipulated in the Product manual.
2. Warranty Claim Procedure
2.1 Purchase Records: To initiate a warranty claim, customers must retain and provide valid purchase records, including the purchase date and Product details.
2.2 Return of Original Product: Prior to receiving a replacement, customers must return the original Product for inspection.
2.3 Claim Submission Process: Customers may submit warranty claims through tipartssg@gmail.com . Submission should include proof of purchase, product photos, and a detailed description of the damages.
3. Additional Terms
3.1 Maintenance Responsibility: Customers bear a responsibility for periodic inspection and maintenance, as per the guidelines outlined in the Product manual.
3.2 Policy Alterations: The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate this lifetime warranty policy at any time. Customers will be duly notified of changes, and any modifications will not affect previously validated warranty claims.
3.3 Legal Compliance: This lifetime warranty policy is designed to comply with Singaporean legal regulations, and any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the Singaporean courts.
