Warranty Coverage

All Overfast products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, crashes, improper installation, modification, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty Claims

To process a warranty claim, customers must provide clear photos and/or videos showing the issue. Once the claim has been reviewed and confirmed by Overfast, replacement parts will be arranged as quickly as possible.

Thru-Axles

For defective thru axles, please provide clear photos or videos of the affected product. Once the defect has been verified, a replacement will be shipped promptly.

Cranksets

If a crank arm suffers a confirmed manufacturing defect (non-user-related), please provide detailed photos and a description of the issue.

After approval:

- The defective crank arm must be permanently destroyed (for example, by drilling a hole through it).
- Evidence of destruction must be submitted.
- If only one crank arm is defective, only the affected side will be replaced.

Once the above requirements are met, the replacement will be arranged immediately.

Wheelsets

Warranty service for wheelsets depends on the specific component that has failed. After inspection, Overfast will provide the appropriate replacement part or component based on the confirmed issue.

Other Products

The same warranty process applies to all other Overfast products. As long as sufficient evidence is provided to verify a manufacturing defect, warranty claims will be prioritised and processed promptly.

Crash Replacement Programme

For products damaged due to crashes, accidents, or other user-related incidents, Overfast offers a Crash Replacement Programme.

Eligible customers may purchase a replacement product at 30% off the recommended retail price (70% of MSRP).

- All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Overfast.
- Clear photos, videos, and any other requested documentation may be required before a claim can be approved.
- Overfast reserves the right to determine whether a claim qualifies under the warranty or the Crash Replacement Programme.

Nie podlega zwrotowi ani refundacji

Zwroty nie będą akceptowane w następujących przypadkach:

• Niewłaściwa instalacja lub użytkowanie
• Normalne ślady użytkowania, ślady na powierzchni lub wady kosmetyczne
• Uszkodzenia spowodowane niewłaściwym użytkowaniem, nadmiernym momentem obrotowym lub wypadkami
• Wszelkie modyfikacje lub zmiany produktu
• Produkty noszące ślady użytkowania (w tym ślady zacisków lub instalacji)

Zwroty z powodu zamówienia niewłaściwego modelu

Jeżeli zamówiłeś niewłaściwy model:

• Klient jest odpowiedzialny za wszelkie koszty przesyłki zwrotnej.
  
• Po otrzymaniu zwrotu zwrócimy Ci kwotę zakupu pomniejszoną o:
  • a) Opłata za bramkę płatniczą w wysokości 7% (tyle pobiera od nas firma obsługująca naszą kartę kredytową)
  • b) Koszty wysyłki, nawet jeśli wybrano opcję „darmowej wysyłki”, ponieważ pokrywamy koszty wysyłki z własnej kieszeni.
    

Dodatkowe uwagi

• Zwracane towary muszą być nieużywane, w oryginalnym stanie i kompletne wraz z całym opakowaniem .
• Produkty noszące ślady montażu lub użytkowania nie podlegają zwrotowi.
• Jeśli konieczna okaże się ponowna wysyłka, opłatę za ponowną wysyłkę pokryje kupujący .
