Mandibula splits the seatpost into two zones to solve the problem every comfort post runs into: the farther they stick out of the frame, the more they flex, which unfairly punishes taller riders. The power zone stays super stiff and light no matter how much of it is exposed, while the comfort zone provides just the right amount of give. THM's layup keeps the saddle horizontal through that flex path, unlike conventional flex posts.
