EXS는 본 제품에 대해 최초 구매일로부터 24개월 보증을 제공합니다(물병 및 바 테이프 제외). 이 보증은 자재 또는 제조상의 결함뿐 아니라 라이딩 사고로 인한 구조적 손상에도 적용됩니다. 보증 대상 문제가 발생할 경우, EXS는 무상으로 제품을 수리 또는 교체해 드립니다.

고객은 평가를 위해 제품을 EXS로 배송하거나, 보증 청구가 승인된 후 교체 핸들바 배송 비용을 부담해야 합니다. 또한, 부과될 수 있는 관세 및/또는 세금도 부담해야 합니다.

이 보증은 EXS 제품당 한 번만 적용될 수 있습니다.

전문가 팁: 모든 EXS 카본 제품에는 고유 QR 코드가 있습니다. 클레임을 제기할 때 필요하니 선명하게 사진을 찍어 두세요.

R-시리즈 및 Aerover 핸들바 :
라이딩 중 충돌이나 낙상으로 인한 구조적 손상은 수리 또는 교체가 가능합니다.

그러나 보증은 개조, 부적절한 설치, 오용, 용해, 페인트 손상 또는 노골적인 남용으로 인한 손상에는 적용되지 않습니다.

참고사항:
R150, R180, R175 또는 Aerover 핸들바에는 타임 트라이얼 확장 장치나 승인되지 않은 추가 장치를 설치할 수 없습니다.

Aerover 시리즈용 스페이서 키트(카본 탑 캡, 볼트, 베어링 더스트 커버, 스티어러 필러, 하이트 스페이서, 와이어 스페이서 포함)는 보증 대상이 아닙니다 .

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that returns and refunds are only accepted for genuine product quality issues, such as cracks or structural breaks.

Issues such as creaking or noise are generally the result of improper installation and are not considered product defects.

Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

• Improper installation or use
• Normal wear, surface marks, or cosmetic blemishes
• Damage caused by misuse, over-torque, or accidents
• Any modification or alteration of the product
• Products showing signs of use (including clamp or installation marks)

Returns Due to Wrong Model Ordered

If the incorrect model was ordered by you:

• You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  
• Once we've received your return, we will refund you the purchase amount less:
  • a) Payment gateway fee of 7% (this is what our credit card company charges us)
  • b) Shipping costs, even if you received "free shipping", as we subsidise shipping at our own expense.
    

Additional Notes

• Returned items must be in unused, original condition and complete with all packaging.
• Products showing any signs of installation or use will not be eligible for return.
• If reshipping is required, the reshipping fee will be borne by the buyer.
