Replace stock steel screw to Grade 5 Titanium bolt

Permenant solved stock steel heavy preload screw rusted and seized issue.
Stock bolt is short, when user adjusting preload bolt tension, the triangle nut at bottom high chance will drop into fork. User need to flip over bike to get the nut out.
This upgrade Ti bolt come with extra length thread to allow user have more room to adjust preload screw.

Install with 6mm allen key (same as stock)
